Elsewhere Blend (Elsewhere Coffee)

Not all of us like to play with grind level adjustments. Some can’t see the point of it, some don’t have the time. If that’s you, then Elsewhere Coffee has something in store for you. Their Elsewhere Blend is a challenge for both grinders and express machines that do not allow fine adjustments.

Elsewhere Blend is not going to let you experiment. It’s milk chocolate, fudge cake, and dates notes will gladly reveal themselves at a grind setting of 3 and light tamping with a nice fizzy texture, but don’t bother grinding it at 2 or 1. At 2 the extraction time is well over 35s and at 1 the pressure overpowered the basket in my machine. But that’s OK. It is a tasty, not too strong espresso that will delight you through the day.

MIXING WITH MILK

Want it with milk? Your milky coffee will taste of nice chocolate and dates when you grind this one at 3.
