Walkers Scottie Dog Shortbread biscuits make an odd pair with espresso for some, but this dog-shaped shortbread is an excellent sidekick to espresso mixed with milk or other dairy-based products.

Works best when served with flat white or cappuccino, but is not a bad choice for espresso con panna or affogato.
