Grind House Blend is a sweet take on espresso. The note list promises pear and strawberry, but getting at them is not easy. This blend does not work well at coarser grind settings. Grinders that are not dedicated to espresso, such as Smart Grinder Pro struggle here and the best you can do is grind House Blend at setting 1. Even then, you must apply quite a heavy hand to tamping and compact ground coffee as much as you can. Only then you can hope to approach a 24 second extraction time. But it’s worth it. Well worth it.

MIXING WITH MILK

Milk may be a challenge, but if you manage to extract House Blend within the optimal 24-30s time, you will be in for a treat.
